Vibration Trainers, also called Power Plates, are designed to give you the benefits of an hour's workout in about 6 minutes, and you don't need to load your body with heavy dumbbells or other weights.
However, choosing the right machine that will help you to achieve your personal health or fitness goal can be extremely difficult. That is why I have created a very useful Buyers Guide - please refer to it before deciding on a model.
And apart from figuring out which one is the best machine for you it is also important that the price you pay is competitive.

Vibration Trainers: Too Good To Be True?
It appears that Vibration Training is a real break through in training and conditioning of the body, whether you are planning to loose weight, shape specific body parts or you are a professional athlete looking to improve your sports performance. This type of instability training will give you multiple times more of a strengthening, stretching or massaging effect.
This is not to say that it a short cut to a beautiful body and optimum health. You still need to make sure you have a Healthy Eating Plan and incorporate other forms of physical activities like cardio vascular training for example.
However you will probably agree with me the first time you stood on one of these machines and 'vibrated happily along' you probably asked yourself how on earth is this going to make me any fitter?

I have designed this site so you can find a model that is right for your personal requirements. You can make price comparisons and read about the user friendliness of each machine. All reviewed machines are available for delivery in the UK.

"Dear Monika,
Congratulations on your Vibration Training / Therapy review site. I so often read sites that set the consumer up to be ripped off instead of help. Usually written by someone with zero time on these machines, it’s sincerely nice to see someone doing their homework."
