Since we're very accustomed to 'kick starting' any vibration plate by now, this latest edition in the Orbus Leisure range was no different. We were able to jump on and without really studying the control panel were happily vibrating along. With 60 individual speed settings, oscillating vibration, this plate reminded us a little bit of the Flabelos. It even has a similar look with its squarish platform and the column design. The BH VIB Pro offers a range of specification from 0-60 speed settings, a timer max of 20 mins, 3 pre set programmes, and a heart rate monitor but the most impressive feature of all was the USB portal and the supplied 'programme loaded' USB memory stick. This allows the user to create up to 6 individualised training programmes and save them onto the memo device. The user then recalls and uses the programmes by inserting the memo stick back into the USB port and follow on screen instructions. The same programmes can be downloaded and saved onto your PC and saved for tracking personal progress. That is definitely the way forward. Now usually that sort of technology tends to over-complivate things but this was very easy. As for using all the other features we have to say we did have to study the manual for quite a while and we found it a little tricky to work out. We did get there in the end but it was certainly not plain obvious how to set all the integrated features. Our view: As a training device it's a great plate, it will give you results. The platform is of a good size and there is nothing stopping you from getting a good workout on the plate. The ability to design 6 personal programmes is an amazing advance. However the user face and guide need developing, it's a little confusing. We love the idea of being able to totally personalize workout programmes and even keep it saved but we would like to suggest to somehow turn that USB stick into more of a tag so we can`t lose it :0) We can actually see this plate as a replacement of some of the other approved salon models. Thumbs Up:   Very practical platform design. Nice display, very clear and lit up. Good range of speed levels, 0-60. Speed levels can be increased in single increments. Plate has a quality feel due to weight and design. Stylish 'chic' design, appears non intrusive. USB drive system allows personal programme design. DVD and exercise chart are well done. Timer setting up to 20 min max allows for continuity. Oscillating vibration type. Thumbs Down:   Operational instructions are a little complicated to follow. USB Stick is unbranded, can get lost. No lower operating console. No upper body attachment sites. Difficult to relate speed settings to Hz equivalent.
