Well it seems like Orbus Leisure have finally gone into developing a fine vibration plate that offers an awful lot for a very acceptable price. At first glance the plate reminded me of the old Crazy Fit CF 500 but I soon realized that the new Power Vibe CF 1000 has not only bypassed but also superseded that particular model. This new plate offers a 1000W motor, 9 different programmes, 70 speed settings and 3 different online videos that tell you absolutely everything you need to know about the Power Vibe CF 1000. From technicalities to an exercise guide on how to use the plate as a beginner through to the advanced sports person. As I mentioned above the plate features 70 different speed levels that can be increased manually step by step, making the CF 1000 suitable for a wide range of users. It also comes with two elastic upper body straps and a body fat scanner. The vibration type is oscillating and I was quite impressed with the smoothness of the motor action considering the power it delivers. The handlebars are attached to both side of the plate and it comes down to personal preference if this design is for you. But speaking from my test experience I can say that the handlebars lend good support to the user, partly for safety, partly for creative exercising. As the plate offers 70 different speed setting with a rather powerful motor it's easy to achieve progression on this plate. And due to the speed and power delivery the plate also lends itself to use by the advanced sports person. My other half is a professional basketball player and he loved the plate, he also used it frequently to improve his flexibility. Now that`s a task and a half with those long legs, lol.
