Well this plate almost missed my 'radar' until a visitor to my site was making an enquiry about it. Considering the relatively low price of this model I was quite surprised how well it performed. As an experienced exerciser I always think the bigger the platform the better, this one is of average size and the vibration type is oscillating, meaning it moves up and down from side to side. This type of movement simulates an unstable environment and from a physiological point your body has to recruit / use more muscle fibres in order to create stability throughout the entire kinetic chain. It is this adaptation process that will lead to all the health benefits of using a Vibration Training Plate. The Power Vibe e2 Elite also comes with two elastic upper body straps and a toning guide.
